Delivery times

Express delivery for most of Europe and the US: Delivered within 2-4 days.

Rest of the world: Deelivered within 3-7 days.

Standard delivery for selected countries: Delivered within 2-6 days.

Same day delivery: Orders that has been placed before 12:00 can be delivered same day if the client has purchased our private wardrobe collectr delivery service and the delivery location is within 20 km radius of our warehouse.

Delivery policy
Orders placed on Wardrobe Collectr can be delivered every day of the week. Delivery costs will vary depending on the service selected, where your item is coming from and its destination. Express delivery is available for the majority of destinations. Same Day, F90 and Standard delivery are available in selected countries. When you're placing your order, the available delivery options for your destination will be displayed at checkout.

Return policy

At Wardrobecollectr, we offer a 14-day return upon the shipment's arrival for in-store credit.
This means that we must receive your returns within 10 days of your shipment being delivered to you. 

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused,
with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and must include a tracking number.
Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us.

Final sale items cannot be returned unless the item arrives
damaged or faulty when delivered to you.

Once your return has been received by our warehouse, it can take up to 6 calendar days to process. When your return has been accepted, your in-store credit refund will be processed.

We do give a 100% refund within 24 months if the item that has been sold shows out to be a counterfeit product.

If any items has been wrongly delivered by our courier service, we do a 100% refund in store credit.
